Weekends were made for brunch, and Hill Donut Co. was made for weekends. Every Saturday and Sunday, our Wilmington location is packed with people who know where to find the best brunch in Delaware.

Our weekend brunch menu is the same all-day menu we serve every day — but weekends hit different. There's something about a Saturday morning box of HUGE brioche donuts with a mimosa flight that just works. Add in scratch-made pancakes, thick-cut French toast, or a loaded breakfast sandwich, and you've got the perfect weekend morning.

The full bar is open from the start. Bottomless mimosas for the marathon brunchers, mimosa flights for the curious, bloody marys for the savory crowd, and espresso martinis for anyone who needs a caffeine-cocktail combo. Our CIA-trained chef built this menu to satisfy every brunch craving.

We serve brunch all day on weekends (and every other day too), so there's no rush. Sleep in, show up whenever, and enjoy. Walk-ins are welcome, but we strongly recommend reservations for weekend groups of 6+ — our tables fill up, especially Saturdays and Sundays between 10am and 1pm.
