Privacy Policy

Hill Donut Co. operates this website and our restaurant at 1845 Marsh Road, Wilmington, DE 19810. You can reach us at (302) 308-3162 or orders@hilldonuts.com.

When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, the items you ordered, and a delivery address if you choose delivery.

When you contact us or request a catering quote: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever details you include about your event.

When you book a table: the reservation is handled by Resos inside an embedded booking widget. What you type there goes to Resos under their privacy policy.

Automatically: standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

We do not store your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe, and card details are submitted to Stripe directly.

To take and fulfil your order, to reply to your inquiry, to send you confirmations and updates about an order you placed, and to understand which pages and which ads actually bring people in so we are not wasting money on the ones that do not.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use the following third parties. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics 4Which pages are visited, and how people move through the site.

• StripeProcessing card payments. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored on our systems.

• ResendSending order confirmations and inquiry notifications by email.
• TelnyxSending order and inquiry alerts by text message.
• PrintNodePrinting order tickets in our kitchen.
• ResosHandling table reservations through the booking widget on our brunch page.

The analytics and advertising services above set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the ordering and booking flows will still work.

Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is no agreed standard for how sites should respond to it, so we do not currently change our behaviour based on that signal.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email orders@hilldonuts.com and we will respond.

We may need to keep records of completed transactions where the law requires it, even after a deletion request.

To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any message. To stop text alerts, reply STOP.

This site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
