Sunday brunch at Hill Donut Co. is the best way to end your weekend — or start your week, depending on how you look at it. Every Sunday, we serve our full all-day brunch menu with a full bar, so you can take your time and do brunch right.
Start with a box of our HUGE brioche donuts for the table while you browse the menu. Then go deep: scratch-made pancakes, thick-cut brioche French toast, loaded breakfast sandwiches, savory omelets, and all the brunch classics, made from scratch by a CIA-trained chef.
The drink menu makes Sunday special. Bottomless mimosas keep flowing, mimosa flights let you sample seasonal flavors, and for something different, try a bloody mary or an espresso martini. We have a full bar, so you're not limited.
Sunday brunch at Hill Donut runs all day — no 2pm cutoff, no "sorry, brunch is over." Come at 9am with the early birds or stroll in at 4pm after sleeping in. The full menu and full bar are available from open to close.
Reservations are recommended for Sunday groups of 6+, but walk-ins are always welcome at our Wilmington location.
