Sunday brunch at Hill Donut Co. is the best way to end your weekend — or start your week, depending on how you look at it. Every Sunday, we serve our full brunch menu, served till 3 PM with a full bar, so you can take your time and do brunch right.

Start with a box of our HUGE brioche donuts for the table while you browse the menu. Then go deep: scratch-made pancakes, thick-cut brioche French toast, loaded breakfast sandwiches, savory omelets, and all the brunch classics, made from scratch by a CIA-trained chef.

The drink menu makes Sunday special. Bottomless mimosas keep flowing, mimosa flights let you sample seasonal flavors, and for something different, try a bloody mary or an espresso martini. We have a full bar, so you're not limited.

Sunday brunch runs from 8am until 3 PM. Come early with the birds or stroll in after a lie-in — just get here before three for the full menu. The bar stays open all day, and so do the donuts.

Reservations are recommended for larger Sunday groups, but walk-ins are always welcome at our Wilmington location.
